Equipment manufacturer based in the Eugene area is seeking applicants for the position of Equipment Assembly Technician. Positions available immediately for full-time, day shift employment. Mechanical and hydraulic systems experience is beneficial.
Rears Manufacturing Company produces industry leading product lines and design/build solutions for a national market of orchard, vineyard, grove, nursery and field crop growers. Rears has been growing in the Eugene area for more than 70 years.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience. Equipment Maintenance or Manufacturing experience desirable.
Mechanical and Hydraulic Systems experience beneficial.
Controls and Instrumentation experience beneficial.
Quality Inspection experience beneficial.
Must be able to read production prints.
Proficient with measuring tools and able to maintain tolerances.
Must be detail oriented, organized.
Must be able to perform in a fast-paced work environment.
Must be physically able to lift/carry/manipulate structural steel components, drive train components, axle assemblies. Applicants must have the dexterity to stoop, climb, and reach to access assemblies.
