Are you up for an exciting new career opportunity? If so, you could be the candidate we are searching for to become our Information Technology Specialist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supports and maintains company applications, workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and printers in a complex network environment.

Provides first responder support for end users requests including hardware and software issues.

Assist in administration of company phone system, including mobile devices.

Maintain proper documentation and accurate asset inventories.

Provide departmental support to the ERP and network administrators as directed.

Shares the responsibility in staffing an after-hours support service.

Required Skills

Strong customer service skills

· Proven verbal and written communication skills

· Microsoft Windows administration with Active Directory, group policy, and Intune

· Ability to administer all currently supported Windows operating systems

· Basic network administration skills in a TCP/IP over Ethernet infrastructure

· Demonstrated ability to work within a team and independently as required

· Willingness to get your hands dirty in a fast paced manufacturing environment

· Desire to work with a fun group of people utilizing some of the latest technology

· Valid Oregon driver’s license

Education and Experience

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

· 1 year of experience maintaining Windows endpoints in a networked environment preferred

· CompTIA A+, Network+. Security+, SANS GSEC or equivalent knowledge preferred
