Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager based on the west side of Portland, Oregon. This role primarily revolves around managing the company's financial activities, including overseeing the processing of customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Conduct month-end close procedures and prepare financial statements Oversee billing functions within the organization Utilize accounting software systems for financial management and reporting Contribute to the company's budgeting procedures.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. Familiarity with ADP is necessary. Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is essential. Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is required. Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary. Ability to handle Month End Close tasks is required.
