Job Title: Machine OperatorJob DescriptionImmediate opening for a swing shift machinist to produce components for the semiconductor industry. Position requires strong attention to detail and careful handling of custom and fragile parts. This is a direct hire with benefits from day 1 to include 401k, PTO, medical/dental/vision, etc.Hard Skills
Setup and operate CNC machines
Proficiency in basic math for setups using various units of measurement
Routine setup of fixtures, tools, and machines according to blueprints and work instructions
Machining techniques such as milling, turning, shaping, drilling, and surface grinding
Calculate dimensions to meet tolerances
Understanding of G and M codes, GD&T
Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, dial indicators, accessories, and materials
Machine parts to drawing specifications
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail
At least 6 months of CNC machining experience or CNC schooling.
Careful handling of custom and fragile parts
