Lead the development of highly customized, automated, multi-million dollar microscope solutions by collaborating closely with, and learning from, a diverse group of world class Marketing, Project Management, Operations, and engineers and scientists.

Requirements management, system design, system analysis, performance modelling and characterization, integration, and validation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Math, Systems, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering .

MS and 6+ years proven experience owning the development of complex electro-mechanical, metrology, semiconductor and/or automation solutions, or, Phd and 4+ years experience.

Strong combination of analytical skills and hands on characterization using statistical methods

Proven proficiency in some of the following areas: nanotechnology, system and process characterization and matching, high voltage, electronics, electron microscopes, ion beam systems, machine learning (ML) & artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductor capital equipment and processes, automation, Python, metrology, motion & mechatronics, vibration & acoustics, vacuum systems, model based systems engineering (MBSE), design for six sigma (DfSS).
