Description Robert Half is looking for a Credentialing Specialist to join one of our clients in the healthcare and social assistance sector. As a Credentialing Specialist, you will manage key processes related to medical credentialing. You will be in charge of maintaining accurate records, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.Responsibilities: Review and process medical credentialing applications with precision and efficiency. Utilize Adobe Acrobat, CRM, and EHR System to handle credentialing processes. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of healthcare claims. Utilize Excel Formulas for efficient data management and reporting. Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to credentialing. Create and manage Banner Ads as necessary for promotional activities. Ensure adherence to the standards set by the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH). Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Handle tasks related to FQHC and Medical CredentialingRequirements Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Excel Formulas preferred Prior experience in credentialing and familiarity with credentialing processes is essential Familiarity with OCHIN is preferred Ability to handle healthcare claim and medical claims efficiently Strong auditing skills and a thorough understanding of compliance regulations in the healthcare industry Knowledge of the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) is preferred Exposure to Fqhc and medical credentialing is a plus TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
