Floors To Go, a retail flooring store located in the heart of Grants Pass, is seeking a results driven, highly motivated retail flooring specialist with an eye for color and attention to detail. We are looking for an individual to join our team-Oriented environment who will greet the customer at the door and follow them from start to finish on their project. You must have excellent organization skills as well as follow-thru. We are a relationship building organization and depend on referrals. Hours are Tuesday thru Saturday with Sunday and Monday off.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Welcome customer and assess their wants and needs.
Ensure that you are maintaining our expectations of a high level of customer service.
Make sure all special orders get ordered promptly and followed up on.
Assist with customer claims and queries.
Process payments and returns.
Maintain receivables.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Reliable attendance.
Flooring experience preferred, but not required. Sales experience required.
Assist customers with claims
Valid ODL and reliable transportation.
Honest.
Well groomed.
High school degree.
Follow-up on all leads and proposals.
