Looking for a 5 star highly qualified housekeeper(s) or team clean my 2 - 2-bedroom 2 bath 1178 square-foot oceanfront condo and one studio apartment all in the same complex.
I average 7 cleaning per month, some months are as low as 3 cleanings and high would be 8 or 9 a month. One of the units is blocked off three months during the summer and the other one has a three month tenant during the summer. So when it’s your busy season, my condos don’t have as many turnovers Several other owners in the complex are also looking for cleaning service.
My unit is really not suitable for children, so I do not get a lot of renters that have kids. Most of my clientele are older couples that seemed to leave the place in great shape. So, I feel that it’s an easy clean, takes me about an hour and a half to clean. The housekeeper would be responsible for doing the laundry. I have several sets of towels and sheets to help make the turnover easier. It is a two-story unit and I supply a vacuum on each level.
Are you a great cleaner, hard worker, organized and dependable? If so, this might be the perfect job for you. I pay great for the best dependable/greatest cleaner!
