Busy local print shop looking for a team member to help them grow.
- $20.00-$23.00 per hour DOE
- 35- 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday, Day Shift, 9 am to 5pm approx

Bear Printing is a busy, local print shop specializing in real estate marketing materials across the Northwest and beyond. We combine traditional print with powerful online tools to help real estate professionals get their marketing done right. We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, tech-comfortable team member who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and learning new systems.

You're an upbeat, organized professional who loves helping others succeed. You’re confident with computers and web-based tools, and you may have a background in teaching, training, or helping people learn new things. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy being part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person
Answer incoming calls and respond to voicemails and emails
Help customers place and track orders through our online print platform
Guide customers through our web-based design system (training provided)
Recommend products and solutions based on client needs
Process payments and manage pickups
General office duties: data entry, file management, customer follow-up, etc.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and accurate workflow
What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service background, especially in high-touch or service-oriented fields
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to customer interactions
Excellent computer skills — you’re comfortable navigating web tools and helping others do the same
Teaching, training, coaching, or tech support experience is a major plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable with excellent attention to detail
PC platform proficiency (Microsoft Office, web tools, email systems)
Canva or design platform familiarity is a bonus
