Hello!
My name is Conner and I’m your friendly neighborhood quadriplegic. I had a spinal cord injury a couple years ago that has left me pretty paralyzed. I work hard on my independence and recovery but things move slowly and I need help in the meantime. I am looking for somebody to work Friday nights from 4 PM to 10 PM and Sunday mornings 9-12 noon. Morning tasks include a morning routine of changing a catheter bag, feeding my 10 pound dog named Paloma, bowel program and getting me dressed and in my chair. Friday nights vary depending on plans I have for my weekend but typically include cooking, hanging with friends, watching some sports and getting me set up in bed at the end of the night. You will be trained on all aspects of this job so there is no experience necessary.
Candidate must be able to carry 50 pounds, be fully vaccinated, over 21, and have a valid drivers license.
