This is a dynamic position with career advancement opportunity in the exciting field of Audiology. We will train and develop the skills for the right candidate in medical assisting, practice administration, and the audiology technician role. Minimum of two-years of verifiable experience in the medical, dental, optometry or audiology field required.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Open/close the office.
Answer incoming calls and guide patients to the appropriate care.
Scheduling and confirming next-day appointments.
Maintain patient files, insurance information, payments received.
Greets and assists/directs clients who come to the practice.
Prepares, pulls and patient charts on a daily basis.
HIPAA compliant records archiving/filing.
JOB SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Experience Audiology / Hearing Aids not required but preferred.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday — Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. No evenings or weekends.
Pay is hourly, paid holidays, sick days and vacation. Participation in company-funded retirement savings plan, profit-sharing and medical insurance after 90-days.
