Total combined compensation $52,000-$65,000 depending on skill and productivity level. You are compensated by a combination of hourly wage, overtime, monthly productivity bonuses, periodic safety bonuses, and other bonus opportunities! With no or less that 2 years relevant experience you can start at $20.50, or $21.50 if you have a driver's license and a clean driving record. If you have more than 2 full years of relevant experience, opportunity to start higher!
You will work at heights a majority of the time – ladders, roofs, etc. Exterior maintenance - roofs, gutters, decks, siding, etc.
