Maintenance Manager
Statement of Duties:
Maintains the properties and buildings of Our Lady of the Lake Church and School ensuring that all facilities are in working order. Works with the Pastor and Business Manager to set up and implement both short term and long term projects. Handles some Janitorial responsibilities and other upkeep as needed. This part-time position is responsible for general maintenance of the Church, and School.
Some Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for maintenance of all building structures and systems.
2. Maintains and operated all mechanical systems (including plumbing and electrical) and general repair work, working with outside vendors as needed.
3. Works with volunteers on special projects.
4. Works with vendors to maintain Parish and School grounds.
5. Schedules and manages seasonal maintenance needs.
The position is full-time, year round. This could be a part-time position for the right candidate. Salary based on experience. Full benefit package. All employees are required to complete a background check and child protection training. Practicing Catholic preferred but not required.
