Property Manager Needed – Oregon Licensed (Full-Time or Part-Time)
We are seeking an Oregon-licensed Property Manager to handle new leases and lease renewals for 4 properties totaling 231 units. This role offers flexibility and the option to work as either an employee or an independent contractor.
Position Details
Manage all new leasing activity for 231 residential units
Oversee lease renewals and maintain strong tenant relationships
Flexible schedule — full-time or part-time options
Work arrangement can be employee or contractor
Compensation will be based on your chosen status
Ideal Candidate
Must hold a current Oregon Property Manager license
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with leasing and tenant management required. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have a valid drivers license with insurance and be willing to travel between the 4 properties that are all within a 30 miles radius.
