Property Management company seeking a full time on-site resident manager for a 52-unit community. Our compensation includes On-Site 2 Bedroom Apartment with small salary. Sponsored medical coverage, voluntary vision/dental, Simple IRA & more.
Applicants must have a High School Diploma or have successfully completed a GED program. Preference will be given to those with prior on-site management experience. Bi-Lingual Applicants and those with minor maintenance experience will be preferred.
Background Investigation
We seek employees who are responsible, and possess a good moral character. A background Investigation focused on criminal, rental and employment histories may be performed.
Essential Duties
The duties include: This is a full time, 40 hours per week position. Regular duties include keeping the grounds clean, preparing, showing, and renting units, schedule and complete move-ins and move-out, maintain good communication with future/current tenants, report regularly to the corporate office, attend regular mandatory meetings. Manager must live on-site, and professionally represent the complex and management company in the execution of duties.
