Day shift: M-Th, 10-hour shift, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
Rate of Pay: $72,000-$83,000 yr.
Monthly bonus program is paid when company-wide monthly sales goal is reached.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: Create programs using MasterCam and Esprit to manufacture metal parts per blueprint specifications.
REQUIREMENTS:
3 yrs. experience with BOTH MasterCam (2020 or above) and Esprit programming software
Experience as a lathe machinist helpful
Strong knowledge of GD&T
Skills to plan and program complicated parts according to blueprint
Understand tolerance and blueprint reading
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Excellent communication skills and willingness to work with others
Must have excellent work ethic and attendance
Attention to detail
JOB DUTIES:
Program metal parts to be run on various CNC Lathes and assign program numbers according to customer specifications.
Daily programming using MasterCam 2024 and Esprit
Review blueprint and establishes a sequence of operations to produce product
Update programs with needed changes
Establish correct tools to use on each machine to manufacture the product
Design fixtures for CNC Lathe runs
Produce set up sheet for operators
Determine size and availability of materials
Requests materials for production
Daily communications with CAD Dept, operators and management to develop product as necessary
Review new jobs and determine priority
Review returned product and update documentation as necessary
Other duties as assigned
