Looking for a licensed, EPA 608-certified HVAC tech for a straightforward service call on a DuctlessAire 24,000 BTU R-410A mini-split system at my home in North Portland (Kenton).
This is a non-warranty, non-liability job — I did the physical install myself and need a certified tech to handle the refrigerant work only.
System details:
Simple setup: 25’ lineset, all connections easily accessible
Nothing hidden in walls or ceilings — clean, visible install
Indoor and outdoor units mounted, wired, and torqued to spec
Pay:
$500 cash + cost of refrigerant — ($400 base + $100 bonus if completed by November 1.)
