Onsite Roofing Superintendent

Experienced roofer for onsite superintendent position for large scale roof replacement projects. Must have experience in asphalt shingles, single ply and metal panel roofing. Knowledge of safety protocols and related documentation and the temperament to enforce. Additionally have a strong working knowledge of drawing details, manufacture installation and working with consultants and general contractors. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus. There will be some limited labor involved with the position. Must be able to lift at least 80 pounds and set up and climb ladders.
