Position:Full-Time, On-Site Associate Account Manager/High-Level Admin
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
Provide outstanding customer service as the first point of contact.
Assist in developing and executing account strategies.
Create marketing materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Support office administration tasks, including data entry and supply management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals to clients.
Develop and deliver presentations to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Prior experience in the insurance industry or account management is preferred but not required.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of compliance and human resources is helpful.
No insurance experience needed; pay is based on experience and education.
