PAY: $18–$20/hr DOE
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 20–40 hrs/week (flexible) with the opportunity leading to full time hours
LOCATION: Salem, OR
What You’ll Do:
Recruit and screen candidates
Conduct interviews and support the hiring process
Match employees with jobs that fit their skills
Provide support and coaching to team members
Communicate with clients and your internal team

Required Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Reliable transportation
