Responsibilities
- Set up and break down booth displays, banners, and promotional materials
- Engage attendees with confidence, warmth, and product knowledge
- Collect and qualify leads using digital or paper forms
- Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting booth space
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize booth layout and messaging
- Represent the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and local pride
Qualifications
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations and handling objections
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Prior experience in sales, events, or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with home improvement a plus
- Weekend availability required for most events
