THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This position reports to the AO4/Project Manager, Division of Business Operations, Office of the Executive Director for Long-Term Care, in the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA). It performs research studies, provides recommendations and solutions for program improvements, acts as a system administrator for various BVH software solutions, analyzes current programming procedures that augment efficiency/effective operations in our skilled nursing facilities. You will also lead and work with project and support teams in case studies of vendor products. This positions will perform a variety of planning, analysis, policy, and program evaluation assignments in support of DMVA's Veterans Homes.Interested in learning more? Full-time employment

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as a Program Analyst 2; or

Three years of analytical experience, two of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:

You must pass a favorable National Crime Information Center (NCIC) screening for admittance to Fort Indiantown Gap.

You must maintain an Automated Installation Entry (AIE) card once it is issued.
