Facilities Manager

Job DescriptionThe Facilities Manager will plan, administer and direct all activities related to Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) at a specific client location and be in compliance with the standards established by the client. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach to IFM. 5-7 + years experience in facilities management. Requires a Certified Trade Certification, engineering degree/diploma or equivalent experience. Strong ability to plan, develop, and coordinate. Ability to multi-task and effectively communicate. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
