Role + Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers, service technicians, and sales team for commissioning and troubleshooting.
Assist in product selection, sizing, and application support.
Act as an escalation path for product and application-related issues in the region, ensuring effective problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Take ownership of interactions between customers, representatives, and internal teams.
Provide technical assistance to sales team on quotes for products and services.
Conduct quote follow-up support activities.
Serve as an internal resource for product-specific knowledge.
Address field opportunities (pre/post-sales) and offer training assistance.
Create and maintain technical materials and knowledge articles for future reference.
Identify and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance processes.
Qualification + Profile
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in any technical field with 2+ years of related experience
Understanding of customer needs to initiate solutions
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents and bid specifications
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively present information in a clear and organized manner, and respond professionally and appropriately to questions of managers, reps, and customers
Ability to travel 20-25% as needed
