Description:Hiring Customer Service Representatives to assist in a call center environment in Chambersburg, PA!Reps will be taking all inbound calls, primarily dealing with questions regarding warranty on products. They will be taking approximately 75-100 calls per day; It can be very fast paced depending on day of the week and time of year. Hours: Monday- Friday 9a-6pSkills:Customer service/support Call centerData and order entry,Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must be good with computersProficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Data Entry).
