Job Title: CNC MachinistWe are looking for CNC Machinists to join our team TODAY We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the character of our people. We are looking for motivated individuals who have a desire to improve their career within machining and enhance their skills and knowledge.Responsibilities:
Set up and operate all machines within the assigned area to produce quality parts
Maintain tolerance, dimensions, concentricity, and surface finishes as specified on drawings and/or the sales order
Inspect work frequently according to sound machining practices and established procedures during and upon completion of machining operations to ensure quality parts
Responsibilities include selecting proper tools, tool holders, holding devices, working from drawings, route sheets, specifications, and using all required micrometers and measuring instruments to produce quality parts
You will also make calculations required to setup and operate equipment properly, and make minor adjustments to G-Code Program and/or tooling setup as necessary to assure product quality and safe operation of equipment.
Qualifications:
Setup and operation of both mills and lathes
experience working with tight tolerance parts
Programming/editing ability
5 years of CNC machining experience
Machining education is welcome
