Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in Ft Washington, PA. This role involves providing support in a high call volume environment within the mortgage and credit industry, catering to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Assist in processing applications related to the mortgage and credit industry. Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy and ease of access. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required. Provide desktop support to maintain smooth operations. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service and support procedures. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively. Stay updated with industry trends to provide up-to-date support to customers. Contribute to the team's efforts in achieving set goals and objectives.Requirements Applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role is mandatory. Proficiency in desktop support including knowledge of operating systems, network security, and hardware. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in an understandable manner. Ability to prioritize and manage several open issues at one time. Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws is preferred. Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is beneficial. Availability to work in shifts if required. Must be a team player with a customer-oriented approach.
