Senior SOC Analyst / LogRhythm/ PennsylvaniaHarrisburg, PAHybridContract$64/hr - $64/hrAre you a Senior SOC Analyst with an expertise in LogRhythm? There is a 6-month contract position available at a government agency for those located in PA. This agency serves the community and supports individuals financially that are driven to pursue their education. Within this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting all aspects of the ESO SOC.This position is 1-2 days/week onsite and requires candidates to be a LogRhythm subject matter expert. This includes performing as the SME for SIEM activities, managing the entire environment from monitoring alerts to helping create the environment. LogRhythm will serve as your main mechanism for incident detection, analysis, response, and forensic investigations and malware analysis as necessary. Research on and recommend LogRhythm enhancements to ensure SOC efficiency. It is imperative that candidates consider LogRhythm as familiar as the back of their hand. This coincides with experience with AWS to review alerts and findings and the ability to build SOAR playbooks to assist in automating repetitive tasks.Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 5 years in information security administration
2-3 years of hands-on experience in developing and managing SIEM solutions, preferably with LogRhythm.
Experience with AWS.
Experience with automation.
Federal Security Clearance.
