needs experienced tortilla maker / prep cook for immediate hire.
Job responsibilities include making of masas-( both corn and flour,) making corn tortillas in quantity fresh daily, making flour tortillas weekly , as well as sopes and empanadas. Helping with vegetable prep , putting orders away and keeping the tortilleria
immaculate are some of the other job responsibilities that go with this dynamic position that we are VERY eager to fill and the pay will be in accordance with this .
Must have prior restaurant experience and experience making tortillas. Must also habla espanol!
