Payroll Clerk

Description We are in search of a dedicated Payroll Clerk to join our team in the Horsham, Pennsylvania area. The successful candidate will be involved in processing payroll for a substantial number of employees and maintaining compliance with company policies. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and timely for a large group of employees Maintain payroll records in compliance with company policies and relevant laws Handle payroll adjustments including bonuses, commissions, overtime, and deductions Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of payroll records Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data Support the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and procedures Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP for financial services Perform accounting functions and manage benefit functions Process checks and handle payroll for 101 - 500 Employees Use Spanish language skills as needed.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with Accounting Functions Knowledge of Benefit Functions Ability to handle Check Processing Experience in managing Payroll for 101 - 500 Employees Fluency in Spanish Language Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
