Bookkeeper

Description We are in search of a meticulous Bookkeeper to join our team based in Manheim, Pennsylvania. The chosen candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger postings. This role provides a unique opportunity for a candidate seeking to leverage their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable operations Conduct payroll processing activities in a timely and accurate manner Carry out general ledger postings and monthly end close procedures Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial tracking Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management tasks Ensure accurate bookkeeping records and financial reports are maintained Address and resolve any inquiries or issues related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless financial operations.If interested, please send resume on a word document to Jim.Kirk@Roberthalf comRequirements Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a bookkeeping role Proficiency in account reconciliation Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Familiarity with bank reconciliations Demonstrable skills in bookkeeping Proficient in data entry tasks Ability to work with Microsoft Excel Experience with month-end close procedures Knowledge of payroll processes Proficiency in using QuickBooks software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
