Description Our client in Murrysville, PA is hiring for an Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity. No specific length, open ended. This position is expected to last at least 3 months in duration, possibly longer. They are looking to get someone started ASAP! This position is onsite at their corporate headquarters and the schedule is Monday thru Friday from 8am-5pm (40 hours per week). Pay: $18-19The job duties of this role will include:

Scanning paid invoices

Opening mail and distributing to the proper departments daily

Assist with sending mail and packages

Call Vendors to provide payment status updates and shipping updates

Answer phone calls from vendors and answer questions

Requirements Demonstrable experience in an administrative assistant role or similar. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word. Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls. Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide high-quality support to clients and colleagues. Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in managing email correspondence professionally and effectively. Proven capability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
