Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing Oracle products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for Oracle implementation, which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.
50% Travel required nationally.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Will accept a bachelor's equivalent based on any combination of education, experience or credentials as determined by a professional evaluation service. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
Utilizing Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) to drive software development and implementation services;
Utilizing fit-gap analysis, design and configuration to gather and configure Oracle JDE system requirements into functional design;
Driving the design, configuration, testing, and support of JDE Sales and Distribution, Advanced Pricing, Transportation, Warehouse Management, and Manufacturing Management modules to develop technical objects, including module and reports;
Building, configuring and monitoring interfaces to integrate JDE Sales and Distribution, Advanced Pricing, Transportation, Warehouse Management, and Manufacturing Management modules with third party systems;
Driving the creation of functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data and process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development and interfacing with external systems via Oracle, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
Defining systems strategy and supporting procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology-enabled business
solutions for clients, utilizing Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK), MS Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
Driving the design of JDE Sales and Distribution, Advanced Pricing, Transportation, Warehouse Management, and Manufacturing Management modules for integration and to work with
offshore development teams to develop solutions.Other
