Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an IT Risk and Compliance Specialist in the financial services industry, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an IT Risk and Compliance Specialist, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing risk and ensuring compliance in payment functions and processes within the fraud department. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance in payment functions and processes to mitigate risk. Maintain an organized and detailed record of all transactions to ensure accuracy. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Work collaboratively in a team environment and adeptly handle various situations that may arise in a fast-paced environment. Utilize Word, Excel, and Teams to effectively manage and streamline operations. Exhibit an understanding of Regulation E and P2P payments to effectively manage risk and ensure compliance. Utilize prior banking operations experience to efficiently manage tasks and responsibilities. Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Utilize CRM, Adobe Acrobat, ADP - Financial Services, Compliance software, Concur to effectively manage operations and ensure compliance. Exhibit knowledge of AML - Anti Money Laundering to ensure compliance and manage risk. Carry out auditing tasks to ensure compliance and manage risk. Requirements Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat for document management. Experience with ADP - Financial Services for efficient payroll and HR services. Skilled in using compliance software to ensure adherence to regulations. Familiarity with Concur for travel and expense management. Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and interactions. Knowledge of AML - Anti Money Laundering procedures and regulations. Experience in auditing, with a focus on identifying and mitigating risks. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information. Experience in complaint handling, with a focus on resolving customer issues promptly. Strong understanding of compliance protocols, with an ability to implement them effectively in the IT sector.
