The IT Support Technician will have a basic understanding of technical aspects of end user and infrastructure support. In addition, this individual must successfully triage support tickets, manage their own support requests, possess troubleshooting abilities, and be a dedicated and dynamic team player. This person will be expected to assist in local technical support. Generate and modify technical documentation. Execute tasks for one or more efforts simultaneously as delegated by the IT Support Group Lead and/or Director of IT Operations.ResponsibilitiesResolve, triage and/or update level 1-2 support tickets as documented in the IT Call Flow and associated SLA’s.Assist with local IT support issues or requests.Maintain or assist with the IT inventory for their site.Help with setup and care for local conference rooms and data closets.Participate in rotating on-call schedule and adhere to SLA’s
