Description We are in search of a Partner Support Coordinator III (Contractor) to join our team in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania. This role is primarily focused on lead generation for our Comcast Business Mobile division. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting base accounts, offering Mobile Product and pricing, and forwarding leads to Business Account Executives. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Contact and engage with base accounts, sharing details about our Mobile Product offerings and pricing. Effectively communicate with customers, listening to their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Identify and strategically offer mobile product bundles and price points that align with customers' budget and business applications. Ensure that the lead generation goals for Mobile products are met or exceeded. Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills. Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Leverage your skills in Customer Service, Communication, Sales, Budget Processes, Workstation Support, Pricing, Attendance, KPI Reporting, Contacting, mobile, Punctual, Prospecting, Lead Generation Campaigns, Account Executives, Business Application, and Mobile Products to excel in this role.
