We are currently seeking an experienced Manager to lead our dynamic team and help us maintain our high standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the banquet and event space, as well as the restaurant and lounge operations.
Manage and train staff to provide exemplary service and uphold our brand standards.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate event logistics, including setup, catering, and audiovisual needs.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences.
