We are a SERVICE FACILITY company based in Wilmington, Delaware that is looking to hire a PART- TIME Maintenance Technician to work (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday.
NOTE:
Evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work.
A Valid Drivers License Is Required

The Maintenance Tech position will require TRAVELING to various commercial sites that the cleaning company manages in the following areas: Philadelphia and nearby areas.
The Standard Hours of Service Are 8:30am to 5:00pm, (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday.
The Service Duties Include But Not Limited To:
Commercial Maintenance work
Changing Door Locks
Replacing Light Bulbs
Changing Ballasts
Minor Plumbing Work
Minor Electrical Work
Unclogging Toilets
Hanging Numerous Items On Walls
Minor Sheet Rock Repair
Minor Glass Repair
Assembling Office Furniture & Equipment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk and squat.
Compensation: $22-$25 per hour, based on experience
Qualifications:
Must Have Valid Drivers License
2 Years Of Experience In The maintenance field is required. Organization Skills Are A Must
Company Vehicle and gas card is Provided During Work Hours. Tools and materials also provided.
