We’re looking for an experienced Snow Plow Operator to join our team this winter.
We have the trucks — we just need someone dependable and skilled to run one.
Pay: $45–$50 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Aston, PA and surrounding areas
What You’ll Do:
Plow commercial parking lots during snow events
Apply salt and deicer as needed
Manage laborers that are on site with you
Monitor weather and stay ready for dispatch during snowstorms (October-April)
Keep equipment clean and maintained after use
What We’re Looking For:
Snow plowing experience (commercial preferred)
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our shop
Able to work long hours during storms (including nights/weekends/holidays)
Dependable, safety-focused, and ready to go when the snow hits
