Food Manufacturing Company looking for a full time Quality Control Senior Manager.
This position will support the Quality Assurance Department. This position plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing food safety and quality.
Develop, Implement and manage quality systems, food safety programs, and regulatory compliance standards ( HACCP, GMP, FSMA, SQF, etc.)
Cooridante with the Director of Quality Control to lead internal and external audits, including customer, third party and regulatory inspections.
Manage record keeping
Maintain and Update Operating documents and SOPs.
Perform analytical test on raw materials and finished products
Calibrate laboratory equipment
Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
Bachelor's degree in food science, R&D, or related course of study preferred.
10+ plus years of related quality assurance or lab experience
strong knowledge of HACCP, SQF, FSA, USDA, GFSI, SQF, FSMA, GMP, GLP required.
Full time- Monday thru Friday
