Position Details:
Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant (or Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant – depending on role)
Location: Olney area /Philadelphia
Schedule: 3days per week (flexible on days)
Start Date: 11/4/2025
Hourly Rate : 9hr & Up
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry
Handle client correspondence and scheduling
Organize and maintain digital and paper files
General office duties and administrative support
Requirements:
Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented
Prior experience in an office or accounting setting preferred
Comfortable with basic computer tasks (Excel, email, etc.)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Discretion and confidentiality are a must
