Join us in making a difference this election season! We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to engage with registered voters in your community through door-to-door outreach. Your role will be crucial in encouraging voter participation for the upcoming presidential election.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knock on doors within designated neighborhoods to connect with registered voters.
- Ask voters if they plan to participate in the upcoming presidential election.
- Provide information about polling locations and voting procedures.
- Collect data on voter engagement and provide feedback to the campaign team.
- Maintain a positive and respectful demeanor while interacting with community members.

Qualifications:
- Must have no felony convictions and pass a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about civic engagement and the democratic process.
- Ability to handle rejection gracefully and remain motivated.
- Previous canvassing or community outreach experience is a plus, but not required.
Agents will be expected to visit a certain number of homes a day, talk to 20% of the homes visited, and get a certain percentage of those registered voters to download the QR code. Hitting these metrics will enable you to continue thriving in this position and get overtime hours if desired.
COMPENSATION: The work week is Monday to Sunday. $23 per hour with
time and a half after 40 hours At $34.50per hour.
