We are seeking a dependable, well-rounded Construction Technician with strong carpentry abilities and a solid baseline understanding of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general trades. Responsibilities
Perform rough and finish carpentry work, including framing, trim, doors, and related installations
Assist with basic plumbing tasks such as fixture replacement, pipe adjustments, and minor repairs
Support electrical work including replacing devices, installing fixtures, and assisting licensed electricians
Complete drywall installation, taping, patching, and finishing
Assist with related trades including painting, flooring, demolition, and general labor
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively
Follow project plans, directions, and quality standards
Communicate with supervisors, team members, and clients professionally
Document materials used and report daily progress

Requirements
Strong carpentry skills with proven hands-on experience
Baseline knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and drywall
Ability to read tape measures, drawings, and job specifications
Reliable transportation to job sites
Must own essential tools for general carpentry and trade support
Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in varied jobsite conditions
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
Punctual, dependable, and committed to delivering quality work
Professional conduct and respect for client properties

Experience & Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
3–5 years of construction or trade experience required
Vocational training or trade certifications are a plus
Three trade-related references required
Knowledge of jobsite safety practices and OSHA guidelines
