Customer Service Rep for Automotive Parts Distribution Warehouse

Customer service representative needed for inside sales at automotive parts distribution warehouse in Carnegie, PA. Primary responsibility will be answering incoming phone calls from local repair shops, parts stores and dealerships, looking up and quoting requested parts, and completing orders. Other responsibilities may also include occasionally making outbound follow up calls to customers, assisting in mailing out monthly statements, and other general office tasks. Automotive parts knowledge is helpful, but not required. We are a family owned and operated company, looking for an employee with a positive, friendly attitude to join our team. Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm.
