Description:Our largest client in Pittsburgh is looking to add application support associates to their team. These roles are hybrid in downtown Pittsburgh and cannot work C2C. We are looking for individuals with 2-3 years of experience working in helpdesk, desktop, support technician type roles. These roles will also require to be on call during some evenings and weekends. You will be maintaining digital operations for 17 applications; working on servers, upgrading software, patching software handled by infrastructure team, installing certificates, and working change requests on the run side.
