We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Market & Liquidity Risk II to join our Counterparty Credit Risk team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA in a Hybrid work environment.

About the team:

Counterparty Credit Risk ("CCR") is a 2nd Line-of-Defense function within Credit Risk that will enhance oversight and controls over CCR metrics. The Senior Vice President will be responsible for counterparty credit risk management and reporting, including stress testing development and review, as well as providing leadership for governance functions, presenting to key oversight committees, and acting as a regulatory liaison.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Ensures counterparty credit risk data analysis, reporting and monitoring are being completed effectively and in a timely manner. Identifies, investigates and corrects or escalates counterparty credit risk issues within defined parameters.

Support senior staff with a range of activities, including counterparty credit risk data analysis, reporting and monitoring, data sourcing, data aggregation and data management for the business(es) supported and for counterparty credit risk management.

May produce periodic risk, liquidity, and/or market commentaries for review.

Assists in building the infrastructure and processes to extract, collate, aggregate, format and analyze collateral and exposure risk, position, and/or liquidity data in a manner that is consistent with industry and regulatory standards.

With senior staff, interacts with risk members to ensure adherence to risk policies and that technologies are shared to maximize collective efficiency.

Supports senior staff in interactions with business partners, to review collateral requests and investigate and document limit excesses, breaches, and breach remediation in compliance with prescribed policies.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's Degree in finance, math, economics, or related quantitative discipline is required.

1-3 years of total work experience within financial services is required

Ability to assist with analysis of and reporting on financial products and financial risk, macroeconomic issues, interest rate risk, and relevant financial regulations (e.g., SCCL, CCAR, DFAST).At BNY, our culture speaks for itself. Here's a few of our awards:
