Deploy integrated, comprehensive and repeatable approaches to manage change leadership and workforce transition programs for clients in the state and local government sector

Support design, development, and delivery of training programs for organization transformation projects, primarily for large-scale IT systems implementations

Anticipate client/project needs and developing innovative, sustainable solutions focused on adding business value

Support day-to-day interactions with clients and the internal Deloitte team

Support practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.

Support to business development efforts, including client presentations, proposal development, pricing, Statements of Work (SOW), etc., as requested

Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor's degree required

5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in training/instructional design and development

5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in change management

Prior training/instructional design experience for ERP implementations and/or large-scale transformation projects

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Ability to travel 50-60%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

Advanced degree in related specialization area

Exposure to business development in related specialty areas (i.e., proposal development, sales, etc.)

Demonstrated interest in a profession in human capital work through professional organizations, coursework, certifications, conference attendance, etc.
