We’re looking for a responsible, detail-oriented Groundskeeper to help maintain a clean and safe environment at our 24-unit apartment building. This is a great opportunity for someone who lives nearby and wants steady monthly income.
$80/month base pay (paid via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or Chime directly to your bank account)
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must pass a criminal background check.
-Must have capability to receive payments through the either Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or Chime)
-Must have capability to take pictures on your phone.
Here is a list of the normal tasks you'll complete on a weekly basis:
Every Tuesday
-Pick up trash around the outside of the building.
-Pick up trash in all hallways, stairwells, and stairs.
Every Other Tuesday
-Vacuum common-area carpets using plugless vacuum.
Every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
-Walk the entire interior of the building. (Looking for rule violations, blocked hallways, propped doors, spills, boxes, suspicious activity, deliveries blocking stairs, etc.)
Here is a list of the Additional “On-Call” Tasks tasks you'll complete. Note: You'll be paid paid extra for these tasks.
-Cut grass – $20
-Shovel snow & salt – $20
-Misc. small tasks around property – $10
-Post notices to tenant doors – $15
