We are looking for a payroll specialist to join the HR team. Key functions of this role include
Processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll
Generating a variety of payroll reports
Identifyingpayroll discrepancies to ensure payroll accuracy
Maintaining employee filesand gathering informationfor audit and reporting purposes
Assisting with other HR functions such as benefits enrollment and changes
To be successful in this role, previous payroll processing experience is needed, along with proficiency using payroll systems (UltiPro a plus), experience handling sensitive information, andstrong attentionto detail. While not required, previous payroll experience for a healthcare facility and/or a certified payroll professional (CPP) are a plus.This position will be on-site Mon-Fri from 8a-4:30p in Wyomissing, PA.Our missionis to provide the highest quality of service and careto our residents and we cannot be successful in that mission without a happy and dedicated team of employees.
