We are seeking a Chef or very experienced Cook who is:
Highly motivated and dependable
Skilled in Italian dishes, wings, hoagies, and other bar-style foods
Capable of overseeing all kitchen operations, including:
Menu planning & food preparation
Inventory control
Food cost management & kitchen budget oversight
What We Offer:
$20–$23 per hour (based on experience)
Negotiable profit sharing on food sales
Family atmosphere & immediate start (position begins October 1)
